The Fast & Furious actor was killed after the Porsche Carrera GT he was travelling in crashed. Authorities said the accident happened due to speeding between 80 to 93 MPH.
According to the lawsuit, Roger Rodas was driving between 63 and 71 MPH and the vehicle had “a history of instability and control issues.” Meadow’s lawyers said in a statement, “The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street. And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas.”
